For most repairs and punctures, just walk in — no appointment needed. For full services, we recommend booking online to guarantee your slot, especially on weekends.
Puncture repairs: 15-30 mins. Basic adjustments: same day. Full services: 1-2 working days depending on workload. We'll always give you an estimated time when you drop off.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and cash. Payment is taken when you collect your bike.
Yes! We have a small fleet of free courtesy bikes available for customers whose repairs will take longer than expected. Just ask at the counter.
